Karkkai Nandrae is one of the main intiatives of TKCT which works in setting up Library for the children. For the month of December, TKCT planned to set up library for the children who live in any orphanage. Thus, the trust Identified a girls orphanage called Children's Charitable Trust in Kovaipudur.
TKCT team made a visit to the Orphanage to know and identify the scope of doing an event there and proceeded for confirmation post the analysis of positive outcome.
Hence, on 4th December 2022, TKCT Team reached Children Charitable Trust Orphanage in Kovaipudur, along with the books that to be donated. Nearly 450 general tamil and english books were donated to the home that consists of stories, general knowledge, biography, self motivation, exam preparatory etc.,..
The girl children from age group of 4 to 17 were also given a interactive session about the habit of book reading, positive thinking and decision making.
The staff and children of the home felt good for this act of service from TKCT.
TKCT Managing Trustee Mr. Yokendran, TKCT Chief Executives Ms. Sandhiya, Mr. Shyamjith and Mr. Abdur Rahman, TKCT Executives Ms. Priyadharshini and Ms. Priyanka, TKCT Volunteers Ms. Lizzy and Mr. Vikas had carried the event and did the needful. TKCT Executive Mr. Surya supported the event in backend for the arrangements and purchase processes.
TKCT wholeheartedly thanks the event participants to have carried the event successfully, The Chief Executives, Executives Members and Volunteers who are following TKCT for supporting the event through their valuable contributions.

தோழர்களின் கரம் அறக்கட்டளையின் கற்கை நன்றே எனும் முன்னெடுப்பு, மாணவர்களுக்காக நூலகம் அமைத்து தரும் நோக்கில் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
டிசம்பர் மாதத்தின் நிகழ்வாக கற்கை நன்றே முன்னெடுப்பின் வாயிலாக ஒரு ஆதரவற்றோர் இல்லத்தில் இருக்கும் குழந்தைகளுக்கு நூலகம் அமைத்துத் தர தோழ-க அறக்கட்டளை எண்ணியது.
இதன் விளைவாக, கோவை கோவைப்புதூர் பகுதியில் உள்ள சில்ட்ரன் சாரிடபிள் டிரஸ்ட் (Children Charitable Trust) பெண் குழந்தைகளுக்காக காப்பகத்தில் நூலகம் அமைத்திட தேர்வு செய்தது.
முன்னதாக அந்த இல்லத்திற்கு நேரில் சென்று அவர்களுக்கு உதவி வழங்கலின் தேவையை அறிந்து கொண்ட தோழ-க அறக்கட்டளை, இந்நிகழ்வினை அங்கு முன்னெடுக்க முடிவு செய்தது.
இதன் நிமித்தமாக டிசம்பர் 4 அன்று, அறக்கட்டளை உதவிக்குழு, உரிய உதவிப்பொருட்களுடன் சில்ட்ரன் சாரிடபிள் டிரஸ்ட் காப்பகத்திற்கு சென்று, சுமார் 450 தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கில கதைகள், வரலாறுகள், பொது அறிவு, சுயசரிதை, சுய முன்னேற்றம் மற்றும் அரசுத் தேர்வுப் பயிற்சி நூல் போன்றவை உள்ளடக்கிய புத்தகங்களை வழங்கியது.
மேலும் அங்குள்ள நான்கு முதல் பதினேழு வயதுவரை உள்ள பெண் குழந்தைகளுக்கு புத்தகம் வாசித்தல், சுய முன்னேற்றம், நேர்மறை சிந்தனை போன்ற தலைப்புகளில் கலந்துரையாடலும் நடத்தப்பட்டது.
தோழ-க அறக்கட்டளை நிர்வாக அறங்காவலர் நண்பர். யோகேந்திரன், தலைமை நிர்வாகிகள் தோழி. சந்தியா, நண்பர். ஷியாம்ஜித், நண்பர். அப்துர் ரஹ்மான், நிர்வாகிகள் தோழி.
பிரியதர்ஷினி மற்றும் தோழி. பிரியங்கா, உறுப்பினர்கள் தோழி. லிசி, நண்பர். விகாஸ் போன்றோர் இந்நிகழ்வை எடுத்துச் சென்று உதவிப்பணிகளை மேற்கொண்டனர். மேலும் தோழ-க அறக்கட்டளை உறுப்பினர் நண்பர். சூர்யா இந்நிகழ்வுக்கு தேவையான ஏற்பாடு மற்றும் புத்தகம் வாங்கும் காரியங்களில் உதவினார்.
இந்த உதவிப்பணியை மேற்கொண்ட தோழ-க அறக்கட்டளை உதவிக்குழுவிற்கும், உரிய உதவிகள் மற்றும் நன்கொடைகள் வழங்கிய அறக்கட்டளை அறங்காவலர்கள், நிர்வாகிகள் மற்றும் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கும், மேலும் நம் அறக்கட்டளையை அறிந்து உதவிய சமூக ஆர்வலர்களுக்கும் அறக்கட்டளை உளமார்ந்த நன்றிகளைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்கிறது.
